Hi, it appears to be the folliculitis, with number of boils, and they spread to the neighbouring lymph nodes, and can cause swelling.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe ofloxacin, 200 mg, BD, diclofenac sodium, and serratiopeptidase for immediate relief. Thank you.
