Small Painless Lump Above Right Knee, No Movement, With Bruise Around It Along With Severe Cough, Painful Bowel Movement. History Of Having Cancer. Connection?

I have just discovered a small painless until its prodded at lump above my right knee it doesnt move and there is a bruse surrouding it but i havnt banged my leg recently, iv also dveloped a sierious chesty cough over the past few days and bowel movements are becoming quiet painful i think its all tied together but am unsure i am a smoker and the only part of my family that im aware of have had a history of cancer can you help?

Yes sure there may be metastasis of cancer to knee.
Pain in abdomin and cough may be due to adverse affects of drugs.
You need to get thorough body check up for swollen lymph nodes and abnormal swelling and get mri done.
You need to get it done soon.
Based on mri report and metastasis chemotherapy or radiotherapy needed to be given.
Get well soon.
