my penis is small in girth. i masturbate alot since the age of 10. i dont get aroused by girls touch. its hard to maintain erection and my sperm leaked when i try to erect.iwant to enjoy sex like before but i cant. i have high desire for sexual satisfaction but i cant get. is this side effect of over masturbating (10 times a week and more)i am six inches in length and 4 inch in girth. and recently found that my penis is shrinking when flaccid and have weak erection. i never consult with doctor. what should i do to get my sex life good?
