Small, Red Big Bumps On Inner, Outer Thigh, Butt. Itching, Burning, What Is This?

I am looking threw all the answers and stuff but still not the right answer. I have small and big red bumbs on my inner and s little bit of my outer thigh. I have not had sex. I am 13 years old. The bumbs are also on my butt. What is this!? It itches and burns. It all started after i accidetly used my dads/mothers razor D: im scared.

Red bumps that pop up after shaving your legs commonly called razor bumps are actually small ingrown hairs. Applying a small amount of benzoyl peroxide fights off bacteria that lead to infection, a mild corticosteroid cream lessens pain and swelling.Apply some aloe vera gel/olive oil on legs.
Avoid sharing razors.wash your legs with warm water to open the hair follicles. This will make it easier for you to shave and makes your skin less irritant.
