Small Skin Patches Near The Tip Of Penis. Better After Taking Prescribed Xyzal, Crolim Cream And Sebifin. Any Other Remedies?
I am 57 years old. I had small skin patches near the tip of penis. When I contacted dermatologist he stated that it is kind of disease which may occur on any part of the body. Causes are not known and it may reduce and come again at the same place or any part of the body.
The medicines prescribed are : 1) Xyzal 5 mg - one tab after dinner (2) Cream: Crolim for application and (3) SEBIFIN-250 mg - one tab after dinner.
Though there is good improvement after using the above medicines for one month, the doctor asked me to use
the medicines for another two months.
Can you enlighten me about the diseases, its causes and other remedies if any.
Hello, Welcome to healthcare magic What was the diagnosis or name of the disease mentioned to you by dermatologist ? Xyzal is an anti histamine . Sebifin is an antifungal and crolim or tacrolimus is an immuno-suppressant. Usually for fungal infection tacrolimus is not given. So I guess you might be having 2 diseases. It would help if you ask your doctor to give the name of the diagnosis so that I can enlighten you about the disease, cause and prognosis. Hope this helped Take care
