Small Spot On Right Side Of Lip, Burst And Swollen. What To Do ?

Hi there, a few days ago a small spot appeared on the right hand side of my lip, not on the lip but directly me t to the corner, I burst the spot and it was fine, the next day I woke up and it appeared to be worse an filled with puss, I popped the spot and then proceeded to wash my face. however, the past day or two it had appeared that the area feels swollen, like a large hard lump. it is rather painful and I am unsure of what to do.

Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
From history it seems that you might be having a condition called Herpes simplex or there might be some small crack giving rise to infection.
Go for one oral antibiotic medicine course and you will be alright.
Apply antibiotic cream or Gention violet locally after proper cleaning.
As this is at corner of mouth it will take some time to heal due to talking and opening mouth frequently.
Ok and bye.
