Small Tunnel Like Thing On Penile Shaft With Small Brownish Dot At The End. No Pain. Possible Sebaceous Deposit?

I have a small "tunnel" like thing on the top of my penile shaft. I've noticed it before but didn't think anything of it. Then a small brownish/black "seed" like dot or ball formed at the end of the "tunnel". It easily came off when I pulled on it. Nothing has grown back or since. It doesn't hurt, or it isn't sensitive at all. Oh and the tunnel, when pinched is hard, and when I pull the skin taut, its hard, but when i don't do anything, you might not see it. I don't know what it is, i dont think its a sebaceous deposit, but i'm not a doctor. Any help? thanks.

Hi,

Thank you for your query.

I should compliment you for your observation and description. Sebaceous collection does take place and nothing needs to be done. In case it increases in size or is a discomfort then only surgical intervention shall be required.

I hope I have answered your query to your satisfaction.

Wishing you all the best.
