hello dOCTER..I AM 27 MALE. i have some thing to say regarding ma Reproductive organ,i have some White small pimple type 2-3 thing in ma Frenulam (jst under ma Penis head) it was their now all most few years.i dont hav any disturbed feeling or any other symptoms. I was in relation with my school days girl friend(about with 4four grl friends, all the married womans.) but i kept in relations with one by one of them after 6month-1year gap for one by one.Now since past 9months i have not in any sexual relationship with ones of them.But still the above said white small pimple in ma penis head(Frenulam). Next year i shall get married.Should be the step should i follow or any further treatment is required.????????? Requesting for your valuable reply.
Hi, From what you have mentioned it looks like you might be having what we call 'pearly penile papule'. This is a fairly common entity, and usually does not require treatment. However the only way to confirm it is by clinical examination with a urologist or dermatologist.
