Small White Spot On Tongue, Mouth Ulcer. Cause Of Concern?

Hi, I have had a white small skin tag looking spot in the middle of my tongue for about 3/4 days now, I have had one of these in the past but thought nothing more than an inflammed taste bud, however, I have become more aware of this one and now the left side of my tongue has a little ulcer which hurt alittle, do I have anything to worry about or can this be a stress related symptom.

Thanks for asking the query,

White spot on the tongue can be due to ulcerations.
Oral ulcerations are caused due to deficiency of vitamin B specially B3 and vitamin C, Pernicious anaemia can also be the reason. So please rule out by taking blood test and approaching the physician

Apply steroid ointment 1.5% cortisone acetate topically over the affected area.
Use vitamin suplements , please avoid intake of hot and spicy food.

Use saline water gargles 3-4 times a day, this will give a soothing effect.
Use antiseptic mouthwash solution like chlorhexidine twice daily

Take balanced diet, fruits like oranges, carrots, green leafy vegetables.
Drink plenty of water and keep yourself hydrated.
