Small, Yellow, Pimple Like Bumps Around Penis Base, White Discharge On Popping. Causes?

so I have many small, yellowish zit like bumps around the base of my penis . They aren t very big and don t hurt. Sometimes, I am able to pop one and a whitish substance comes out. I have never been sexually active and I am 17. Finally, I rarely notice larger bumps that are hard to pop and usually hurt when popped but they disappear after that.

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts you have posted it appears that you have multiple sebaceous cysts around base of your penis,This area is reach in sebaceous glands and more prone for the sebaceous cyst to develop due to blockage of the opening of the ducts of these glands This results in accumulation of sebaceous material and called as Sebaceous cyst Normally these cyst subside over a period of time but sometimes may increase in size You have to take care of personal hygiene and clean this area thoroughly with soap water everyday while taking bath.If gets infected take some antibiotics and get it excised in Toto by a surgeon.
