Smelly And Loose Stools, Mucusy, Constipation. Done Blood Work. What Is Going On?

My 2.5 year old has very smelly poop (musty) he will be constipated for a few days and then he has very loose stools and they can be gritty or mucusy. We have done a X-ray of his belly (showed mild constipation but not bad) and they did a bunch of blood work (not sure what all they ran but I know they ran a celiacs panel) and it all came back normal. Any ideas? Something is not right but where do we go now?

Hi, your baby has giardiasis, with altered bowl pattern and foul smelling stools , you should get stool routine exam, and manage giardiasis! Good hygiene care hand washing. Cooked food properly, yougart and banana helpful for him Take care
