Smelly Vagina Due To Tiny Amount Of Urine Discharge When Jumped Or Yelled. Any Suggestions?

hi, i don't know whats wrong with me. My vagina always has a smell and it bugs me. I wash it regularly with soap and i spray it during the day with scented spray,s which i have just now learnt is only making the problem worse. I don't know what to do to make it better as i have never had any sexual activity and am to embarrassed to confront my mum and ask to go to the doctor. The problem started exactly 1 week ago from today and i am tired of having to wash my clothes after one wear and noT stand to close to people. Te problem isn't only the smell though. I accidentally pee tiny amounts if i jump or yell. This causes the smell. Please help me i am very sick of it.

Welcome to HCM.
Symptoms suggest some local infection after tiny urine discharge.
It usually occurs due to improper hygiene after urination,severe perspiration inside,unprotected sex,dirty clothing.
Go for certain investigations like cbc,urine,fbs,ppbs.
Take proper local care.
Go for local examination and start proper treatment under guidance of gynecologist.
