So around 4 days ago I woke up with both my wrists being in pain By the end of the day, they had gotten gradually worse. By the next morning, I can barely pick anything up. I have no muscle in my left arm or hands. To use to pick anything up or even button my pants. The pain never goes away and has me in tears at times throughout the day. We re now on day 4 and I have multiple enlarged lymph nodes on both arms. A cyst like bump on top of my right wrist. And What appears to be an enlarges node at the base of my skull/on the back of my neck, just wondering what it could be since it is such a sudden onset and no injury was ever sustained
