I have been seeing my stomach doctor for constipation and bloating. 4 days ago I started having soft bowelmovments. Thirteen the first day ! I am still having BMW but now blood is showing up along with clears jelly and white tissue looking stuff. In the beginning I ran a temp of 101 to 102. Bad cramping pains in stomach. Before the bleeding started they told me it was all stress. My BM did start haing a funny grayish silver color but now it's blood and jelly and white skin looking stuff. I am 57 female in bad Heath.
Your symptoms might indicate serious disease of large intestine. It can be inflammatory bowels disease (Crohns disease, Ulcerative Colitis) or colon cancer. This conditions should be ruled out at first. Especially if you have lost some weight recently. You are at the age where the risk of colon cancer rises and such symptoms should not be neglected.
That is why I suggest you to visit your doctor, have blood work, abdominal ultrasound, stool tests and colonoscopy performed.
