Soft Stools, Frequent Bowel Movements. Reason?

Last few month i am going to toilet 4-5 times. but their is no pain. i see too many doctor they give me so many medicine. but nothing is work. can you suggest me which kind of medicine i take. my stool too soft. its color like brown . some times the stool like eggs when we broken the eggs.

you are having dysentary.. stools with mucus..
get one stool examination done..
it could be due to shigella/ameobiasis..
see your physician for the treatment..
you need to put on antibiotics, probiotics, multivitamins..
