Sore And Tender Breasts, Nausea, Craving For Food, White Liquid Coming From Nipple. Am I Pregnant?

Hi
Im 20 years of age and havent been on birth control for nearly a year. Me and my partner have been trying for a baby for about 8 months. I have endonemtriotis so my periods are very irregular. The last two weeks ive noticed my body has started changing. My breats are very sore and tender and feeling a bit nauseated also craving overly sweet things like lollies ect. Also with the sore breats ive noticed if i slightly squeeze my breasts i get a clear white liquid that comes out of each nipple. I worked out if i was to be pregnant id be about 8 weeks. I just want to know we these symptoms does it sound like pregnancy

If it is negative than go for certain investigation like semen analysis of your husband.CBC,SUGAR,TSH,S.B12,TORCH and USG ovulation study for you.
