Sore Between Anus And Vagina. What Is The White Skin? Ideas?

hi, i have a small sore between my anus and vagina . It is the same colour as the rest of my skin. very Itchy though, especially after going to the toilet. There is a slight whiting to the skin around the anus area. I am on holiday in the UK at the moment, don t know any doctors. Returning to my country on the 19th of august. What do you suggest?
