Sore, Dry Throat, Headache, Loss Of Apetite, Stomach Sickness. Reason?

Hello, for the past two days I have had kind of a sore throat which was also super dry. I do not have any tonsils cause I got those taken out, and I have been drinking plenty amounts of water. Well on day two I now have a headache which will not go away and now I have no desire to eat and my stomach feels sick.. I have no fever and no cold ..

thanks for your query at HCM
you seem to suffering from viral infection in which you will have headache, body ache, restlessness, tiredness, low grade fever, stomach upset, and sore throat.
there is no specific treatment for viral infection.
1 take plenty of water that your already doing
2 take tab paracetamol 500 mg thrice daily
3 take tab sianrest relieve cold symptoms and headache
if not relived with this medication consult physician and get investigation and medication according to reports
