Sore Knee, Swollen And Bruised Ankle. Swelling Reduced, Unable To Bend Knee. Is It Only Stiff ?

Two weeks ago I slid into a base playing softball and I slid on my knee and landed kind of hard. It was sore and I played three more games on it. It started to swell and in the next few days it was swollen double the size and bruised from my ankle, up both sides of calf and my inner knee up to inner mid thigh. The swelling is almost gone but now I can't bend mt knee past 90 degrees, it is really tight especially on the top inner part of the knee. Is that normal, is it just stiff from it being straight for two weeks?

Dear sir,

Yes it could be because of that , i think you should start with light movements.
