hello my name is sam and for the past 2-3 days it felt like a sore muscle in my chest and side under my left arm, until i realised i could move my arm without pain. and sometimes it hurts so bad it makes me want to fall. what couldthis be as i am affraid of something worse since my father has a lot of issues with his heart
