Hello Thanks for consulting H.C.M. I read your query regarding Itchy scalp, sore neck and back, neck lymph nodes are enlarged on both sides and you have pain on back between shoulder blades. Your white blood cell count is also high. Your all symptoms are in favour of some infective pathology going on, as you said your scalp is itchy means it is infected and this may lead to cervical lymphadenitis. At the same time you are also telling that your teeth are also heavily filled, so I would like to tell you that this dental problem is also responsible for your enlarge glands in neck. Your white blood cells are quite high in count is indicative of infection, but if it is same for about one year than proper investigation is needed to establish the diagnosis. You are advice to do these investigations- (a) C.T.scan of neck. (b) FNAC from neck glands. (c) X-Ray chest (P.A. view ). (d) Blood- CBC, ESR, Blood sugar (F & PP ). Beside this a thorough examination of HEAD & NECK is necessary and after co-relation of reports of investigations with examination findings one can reach to final diagnosis which may be accordingly plan for treatment.
