Sore On Outside Of Legs, Swollen And Painful Feet. History Of Issues With Lymph Nodes

My brother has sores that appear to be coming from the inside out on his legs. His legs/feet swell and are extremely painful. Not sure if this has anything to do with it, but on several occasions, he has had an issue with his lymp nodes in his back, neck, arms, and groin filling. Several have been biopsied,drained, or removed all together.

As per your history I will advise you to do lymphangiography to look for any lyve to lymph node obstruction.

If that is normal then we will have to look for other causes of limb swelling like renal and cardiac.
Till time take rest and analgesic medication.
