Sore, Painful Huge Lump On Chin, Redness After Trying To Squeeze. No Sign Of Bug Bite. Can Applying Heat Help?

I am 20 years old. I woke up with a huge lump on my chin. My mom checked and she could see no sign of a bug bite. It really is sore and hurts even if I don't touch it. There was no redness at first but I tried squeezing it to see if it was some sort of pimple. Some redness appears on the skin today but it might be from me squeezing it. Should we treat it like a boil and apply heat to it?

Hi i think it is a boil on the chin.it should be treated as boil.first saline compresseors should be done or we can apply heat to it and then apply mupirocin ointment over it.use a antihistamine and oral antibiotic for five days until lesion clears..if still there is no response go for incision and drainage.sometimes simple mosquito biye causes a lump on face but it subsides without treatment
