Sore Rib Cage On The Left Side Of Back. Attained Menopause At 41 Years. Could This Be Osteoporosis?

Hi there

I'm 50 years old. I went through menopause @ the age of 41. For the past 3 weeks I've had a sore rib cage on the left side @ the back. I haven't done any-thing to cause this, i.e lifted any-thing heavy or pulled any-thing.
It feels like the bones themselves are sore rather than muscle strain. Could this be Osteoporosis?
