Sore Throat, Blotches On Back And Thighs. What Is It?

I had cold like symptoms and start of small red blotches on my stomach . They do not cause discomfort. Never really came out in cold but throat has got progressively worse ( do not have tonsils). Blotches spread up back and inside of thighs, today has spread to arms and up neck slightly. Throat is really sore and horse today. What is it?

you have sore throat and rashes on the body...
this suggest streptocoocal infection..
see your ENT surgeon for the investigation of throat swab with culture and sensitivity.. and start of appropriate antibiotics..analgesics like paracetomol..
meanwhile do salt water gargling...
