Hi and welcome, You are suffering from severe acute pharyngitis that has spread to your ear. It is inflammation of the mucous membrane lining the throat which also includes the tonsillar crypts and the ear passages. It often shows symptoms like nasal drip, fever , weakness , watery eyes , clogging of ears, ringing of ears , pus filled patches on the throat soft tissue ,difficulty in swallowing and pain. I suggest you to consult a ENT surgeon for clinical examination and diagnosis. Meantime you can start with antibiotic cephalosporins like sporidex along with NSAIDs two times daily, mouth gargling with lukewarm saline water or antiseptic mouth wash like betadine or chlorhexidine will give soothing effect to the throat. i hope this helps you , wishing you quick recovery .
