Sore Throat, white Canker Sore In The Vagina.Causes?

Hi.. I am sexually active and engaged.. I had a daughter 3 months ago and was tested all through my pregnancy for stds and everything was negative. At the beginning of the week I had a cold/sore throat.. And then I got what I thought was a yeast infection and then I starting having pain on the inside of my labia as what felt like a cut but when I looked it looked like a tiny white canker sore... What could cause this? Could it be related to just having a baby? Being sick? Stress? Please help! I have no insurance and cant afford to go to the doctor!

hi healthcare magic user it seems that you are having vaginal infections.
if I would have been your doctor I would have advised you to get gynaecological check up.
if fungal infection then treatment also asked for blood sugar levels.
