Sores On Penis Like Tear, Red Bumps On Shaft After Having Sex. STD Free. Due To Insufficient Lubrication?

my boyfriend and i have been together 9 Months now. We're expecting a baby I'm almost 3 months just recently he showed me some sores on his penis that look almost like a tear and he also has little red bumps on the shaft after sex I'm concerned because it looks painful. I read it might be because there isn't enough lubrication? We're both faithful and STD free

The lesion could be because of friction the skin of this area is very vulnerable to abrasion just no need to worry keep the lesion very much clean and free from infection it will come around within few days, have nice time.
