Sperm Analysis Test Showed Sperm Motility Is 20% Active, Found Varicocele. Advised Maxoza L Powder. Chances Of Improvement?
Hi recently i did my Sperm analysis test & found that the sperm motility is 20% active sperms my doctor examined & found vericocole on left side . Also advised to take Maxoza L powder for next 15 days & to repeat the Sperm analysis test. My question is what are the chances of improvement after taking the medicine or i need to go for surgery only.Me & my wife is planning for second child so do we continue or pls suggest some other medicines which can cure.

As per WHO standards, at least 20 % of sperm need to be active and normal in a semen analysis. If your normal sperm is 20 % then your chances of sucessfully impregnating your partner are still positive. With the advised treatment these chances should improve by at least 5-20 %.
