hi i really need doctor to help me i masturbate 1 to 3 times a week and there is one time i masturbate and i leave my sperm on a cloth and after 6 to 8 hour my sperm attracted ants what should i do does this mean that my sperm is abnormal or do i have aids?

Semen contains fructose in it, its a type of natural sugar to keep the sperms nourished. Obviously the ants get attracted because there is sugary substance on your cloth.
