Split Between Toes, No Bleeding, Muscle Soreness. Using Bacitracin. Cure For Split?
I have a split between by pinky toe and next toe in. it looks to go across the area between the two toes. It is not bleeding but looks kinda wide. I have tried bacitracin/vaseline for several days (it has been there about 5 days now) I am not sure what caused it, but I have been working out at the gym and soaking in a warm/hot bath twice a day for muscle soreness. Unsure how best to heal it up

It can be a fungal infection. I would suggest you to apply antifungal cream after discussing with your dermatologist. I would suggest you to avoid mositure and sweat and keep that site as dry as possible. Also apply clotrimazole powder there.
