hello i have problem there are some spot on my penis head from last 3 year i used antibotits cream and some other there is no pain and nathing felling but when i Masturbator my penis spot become more and big i Masturbator from 9 10 year but with any help i mean water soap nathing please tell me the treatment thank you

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have been getting red spots on glans of your penis after masturbation.

Most likely these are due to infection caused by dry vigorous rough handling of penis while masturbating.

Please take broad spectrum antibiotics along with anti inflammatory medication like Diclofenac twice daily .

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to clean your genitals with warm water twice daily.and use some lubricant while masturbating.
