Spotted Bleeding, Nausea, Lower Back Pains, Abdominal Pain. Pregnabct Test Negative.

on on October 6,7,8th spotted brown bleed and was nausea
didnt get my period yet in october and the 2st thru today 10/25/13 ..my
Lower back pain hurts and sometimes travels to my legs . very tired, gassy , abdominal pain more like pitching hungry peeing a little more thinking my going to get my period anytime .took a blood test to see if I was pregnant came back negative ...but why do I feel like this could it be false or that I'm to early still or....

You might have had implantation bleed in early October.
Home pregnancy tests are usually positive at least 15 days after sexual intercourse. It can also come false negative due to low levels of HCG hormone in the urine even though pregnancy has occurred.
Mild cramping, tugging and pulling in the early weeks after conception are a common symptom in early pregnancy, so if your periods do not happen in a weeks time then please repeat home pregnancy test
