Spotting After Bowel Movement, Itching Around Anus. What Could Be This?
Hi, Im a 32 year old male. Everytime i go to the bathroom when i finish my bowel movement and wipe i see little spots of light blood in the toilet paper and as soon as i'm done and start to walk i get this itch around my anal area, the itch comes and goes, sometimes small itch and other times severe itch. What can it be?

Most probably you are having a pile mass, an anal fissure or an anal tag which cause bleeding after defecation. You need per rectal examination,(P/R) to determine cause of your bleeding .You may also need proctosopy and or simoidoscopy to diagnose the cause of your bleeding. Consult a general surgeon who may be able to perform P/R ,proctoscopy on you to establish the cause of you bleeding after bowel movements .

hello my dear, your might be sufferring from intestinal parasitosis as some of these parasites lay eggs which irritate the anal mucosa.
i prefer you dewarm yourself on regular bases, prefferably every 3months.
also you should have your stool analysed in a laboratory.
finally see a proctologist for proper anal examination to rule out internal haemorrhoids.
