Spotting Before Periods Followed By Regular Flow, Then Spotting. Light Bleeding Observed On Stressful Days. What Does This Indicate?

well i am a 45 year old woman and have always had a normal period but here recently it has been a little off and this month i started spotting a week before my period then i had my period for two days and then stopped for a few days and then started back up bleeding lightly sometimes gets a little more if i get really stressed. what does this mean? i am really scared. please help me understand what is going on.

Hello mam ever since you are entering perimenopause your periods are becoming irregular. Just keep a check on cycle duration and flow and get a baseline ultrasound done which if abnormal visit a gynecologist.
