Spotting Post Sex, Headaches, Nauseated, Intense Cramping. Due For Period. What Is Going On?

I have already had a period this month, and about a week and a half ago I had sex, and started spotting the day after, then the day after that, started bleeding, and had what I think was a second period... I have been getting headaches everyday, been nauseated, and had some really REALLY intense cramping a few days ago that was only cured with a hot bath. And I'm due to start my period again in 5 days. What is going on with me?

These all symptoms may be because of hormonal disturbances.
You should consult a gynaecologist for blood test and ultrasonography to rule out the cause and medication accordingly.
