Hello sir, i am 32 yr male, i got married 3 months ago, i hv spur formation in my Right heel since 3 yrs, i m not taking any medication, l m using heel pads, i am quite use to with the heel pain, but from
the last couple of months i hv also pain in my knees after long standing hrs at my work and it increases after i performed the sex, and went decreases with in a couple of days, i m taking tab cac 1000 at my own.
Now i want ur opinion.

Hello,
Thanks for writing in.
As you already know the pain is due to heel spur, better known as calcaneal spur in your right heel.
Using heel pads is alright but there are many home remedies:
1. Apply ice pack.
2. Give regular rest to your feet.
3. Wear comfortable shoes.
4. Consult orthopedic surgeon or physiotherapist for simple exercises.
