Started Bleeding With No Cramps. Had Tubal Location Done. HPT Showed Positive. Why Did Urine Test Show Negative Report?

Hi I was just wondering my I had a tubal location done in 2006 my last regular period was Sept.4th of 2013 I took a hpt on Oct.16th of 2013 it was positive. Then I started bleeding on the 28th of Oct. But it wasn't a regular cycle no cramps no clots etc. Then I went to the doctors and the did a urine test and the Dr. Said that he believed the test was negative. Could I still be pregnant?
