Started Shaking And Kind Of Foaming From The Mouth For Ten Seconds, Please Help

My boyfriend went unconcious for about 10 seconds with his eyes wide open than 10 seconds later he started shaking and kind of foaming from the mouth then ten more seconds later he came out of whatever was. I took him to the emergency room and they didnt see anything. he went to the hospitalseveral times with health problems and they never see anything. then this happen what does this sound like to you ?
