Stiff Neck, Numbness In Left Side Of Face, Numb Arm, Nausea. Consulted Chiropractor, Not Helping. Anything To Worry?

Hi. While sitting in the movie theater, my neck/shoulder started getting stiff on the left side. After we left, I noticed that the left side of my face felt a little numb. Then my left arm felt a little numb too. I thought maybe it was a pinched nerve, so I went to the chiropractor. Didn't help. I have no other noticeable symptoms other than slight dizziness. I have been a little nauseous off and on lately too. Should I be concerned?
