Stiff Neck, Sinus, Minimal Chronic Gastritis. Taken Antibiotics And PPI. Can Gastritis Cause Neck Stiffness?

I am having Stiff Neck,and lot of pressure on the back of my head,nose,eyes and ears.My doctor diagnosed m having Sinus and prescribed me Antibiotic for 10 days twice daily but it is not of much impact till now as its been 5 days I have already taken it. I am having minimal chronic Gastritis and m taking PPI for the same. My query is that do gastritis cause neck stiffness?

The stiffness in the neck is likely to be due to the infection that you are having in the upper respiratory tract. This is not related to gastritis. Hot fomentation and a steam inhalation will help you.
