Stomach Ache, Diarrhea, Anxious, Dizzy

Im was at work yesterday my stomach ache. I bowel came out to water light brown and a few pieces out also today my stomach was hurting all day and I dont use public bathroom so all day hold it had the same problem but I was also anioxuose and dizzy and I got home had to really go and it was the same but more water and yes pee did come out

Thanks for posting your query.
You are suffering from acute bacterial gastroenteritis.
Presence of watery stool and abdominal pain suggests the diagnosis.
You should consult with internal medicine specialist and should go for thorough check up.
You should take complete antibiotic therapy, probiotics and antispasmodics.
You should maintain hydration by taking oral rehydration solution, lemon water and juices.
You should take potassium rich diet such as banana, coconut water.
Avoid milk and all milk products for coming 5-7 days.
