General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

There can be various issues with indigestion as fiber deficiency in food, lack of oral liquids intake, digestive enzyme disturbances, hemorroids or else.

Best of the recovery tips are
- drink more liquids
- high fiber diet
- bulk-forming laxative including ispaghula husk
- regular mobilization and exercises

Consult your GP as per the progress of the condition and further need.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
