Stomach Cramps, Bleeding For Sometime. History Of Having Only Foreplay Without Penetration. Had Periods A Week Back. Guide

Hello,
Me and my bf had a foreplay(no penetration at all, not even touching of genitals). However kissing and touching of breasts, which was first time for me. Next day I had stomach cramps and bleeding for some time, again next day i had bleeding for short while. I had already had my periods over last week. What might be the problem? Please guide and advice

Hello,

As there is no sexual intercourse or touching of genitals, local blunt trauma is ruled out. However, it could be due to following reasons.

1) Stomach cramp and bleeding may be due to hormonal imbalance in association with sexual excitement.
2) It may be ovulation pain which is associated with mild bleeding and cramp in mid cycle. It is called mittelschmerz syndrome. It is quite seen in reproductive age group women.

However, no treatment is required in most cases. Bleeding will stop automatically. You can take some analgesics for cramp and maintain genital hygiene.
