Stomach Pain Above Belly Button, Nausea

I have been having stomach pains in a centralized location about 1 inch above my belly button. It has been constant the past few days and has not gone away like it normally does. It has been in and out over the past 3 some odd week. My eating habits have changed because of it. I feel nauseous often in the morning or when I don t get enough sleep. The pain is liveable but unnerving at the same time (around a 2-3). Please help.

Dear friend, welcome to HCM.

Pain in abdomen with nausea has many causes.
Can you please describe in detail all the attriibutes of your pain?
If it is constant or colicky/ intermittent?
If more when hungry?
Is there acidity/ sour eructation?

You need to get evaluated by your physician and may need to do an ultrasound abdomen to see the cause.

You can try OTC acidity medicines with anti emetic like ondansetron.

I hope this helps your cause.
Keep me informed of your progress.
Good luck !
