Stomach Pain, Blood In Stool, Lot Of Mucus, Constipation

Hello there, I have been having alot of stomagh pain with brown and bloodish mucus , i also have blood in my stools and find it hard to go to the toilet somtimes. I have found day s i will have alot of mucus and run to the toilet more often than other day s. is thuis just constipation or somthing else? please help.

You seem to have lower bowel infection of either amoebiasis, accompanied with giardiasis and/or worms of intestines.Also bacterial infection of e coli can be there
THIS IS NOT CONSTIPATION.Please do a stool test routine , along with culture and sensitivity and meet a gastro enterologist for treatment.
