Stomach Problem With Back Pain And Cramps. Stool Analysis Shows Rob Level 20. What Does It Mean ?

Hi i have tummy trouble since a while and since few days i have pain at my back and crams so i went to the doctor. She asked me to do a urine and stool analysis. Nothing in the urine but in the stool analysis it appears that I have a rob level 20. What does it means and should I do?

Never heard about rod, are you sure there is no misspelling?
It sounds like there is a blood in your stool. Cramps can indicate small or large intestine narrowing. Especially if you have also bloating, diarrhea and/or constipation, gas obstruction.
If you are young person, this can indicate inflammatory bowels disease. If you are over the age of 50, colon cancer needs to be ruled out.

I suggest you to visit gastroenterologist and consider colonoscopy.
