Stool Test: Pus Cells-3/4,H Cysts-present,yeast Cells-3+ And Bacilli-(+)

hi my son is 3.5 yrs old.from last 6-7 days he is getting stomach pain.from yesterday his stools are like sticky..and lathery looks.today morning his stools contain little blood just once..yest he passed 5-6 times and today he passed 4-5 times. we did diagnosed his stools, it contains.... pus cells : 3-4, e, h cysts : present, yeast cells : 3+, bacilli : +.
can u please explain his report and suggest some medicine... we did deworming on last sunday...
