Do you have shortness of breath, nausea, burning sensation in the centre of the chest ?
It appears you could be having symptoms of esophago-gastritis. This is due to acidity. Avoid going for exercise empty stomach or with full meal. Eat light breakfast with fruits. Drink milk as well. This will help reduce those symptoms.
Avoid spicy, fatty, oily, junk food, smoking, caffeine, alcohol. All these can increase symptoms of gastritis.
Kindly take Capsule Omeprazole 20mg twice a day, half an hour before meal, only under medical supervision.
Kindly consult a Gastroenterologist to rule out gastritis and use endoscope to confirm if there is any ulcer as well.
Wishing good health.
