Hello, You have bleeding per urethra 12 years duration. The urine which was odorless previously is now odorful and more darker for the 3 weeks. A bladder tumor was removed 6 yrs back. Biopsy report and followup- not mentioned. You have to rule out recurrence of the tumor either by USG or CT. You have Lupus - an autoimmune disease which can affect any part of the body including kidney -Acute or chronic renal impairment leading to lupus nephritis. Painless hematuria or proteinuria may often be the only presenting renal symptom. Treatment: If lupus is the cause - corticosteroids, anti-malarial drugs {Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ)} may be useful. Sometime Cytotoxic drugs may be needed. Discuss with your nephrologist and take treatment. You will be alright. Best wishes
